I beat you about 5 weeks ago, I then met all the requirements, and am still waiting for my payout. I e-mailed, and was simply told that it was delayed, and never heard back. Is this common practice, or an oversight??

mikeb104 ... please check your CRIS account ... you've been paid. On a few occasions, when deposits are made AFTER the winners list has been processed (usually on Monday or Tuesday), a few later depositers (your deposit hit on Wednesday of that week) have slipped through the cracks. With a quick PM or email to me, we've always gotten those taken care of in a matter of minutes. Please understand that this contest is not integrated into BetCRIS' normal deposit bonus procedures so it's not necessarily automatic. In the future, please contact me with any issues immediately rather than 3 weeks down the road ... we'll always get these issues resolved quickly. Deposit finally hit. Btw, I had e-mailed sbr on more than one occasion with no results. Nobody mentioned to me that you needed to be contacted. A longstanding member here told me to contact Bill Dozer, so I put that in the heading of one of my e-mails.
