no better time than now, mitch..I went to the gym this morning it's nice to feel the soreness start to creep...going back tomorrow and am going to start going 3 or 4 times a week like I used to.

I went for a run today first time in a long time. Needless to say I did run as much as a sucked wind and walked it was nice though haven't been to the beach in a while and my dog had a blast. good stuff
