NFL September Contest

If this is a Sept NFL contest, how is it that "it isn't Sept yet" and people have already scored picks. Fine print "opens on Aug 28" but that is NFL preseason. Sometimes I don't understand what's going on here.

100% my bad It's my first contest and I had the open date too early. I want to run another one in October and i will do a better job then.

This is a mess. You have new guys signing up that didn't play last week, and thus will not meet the 25 play minimum. You can't just drop the plays to 20 either because then guys that played last week will be shut out after Week 3.

billyloco, would you take an 80-point buy-out? I would give you 80, try and get last week's picks deleted (fingers crossed) and start fresh. That way would be no refunds as we keep this contest active.

OK we are now good to go, Week 1 never happened. You may see Week 1 results on page, but notice in overall standings everyone is 0-0, so contest really starts Week 1 Regular Season, 5 picks per week including 1 Best, 20 picks total.

Thanks, but I'll always know I went 1-4 in week 1, regardless of the cleansing.
