Pat Venditto on the ropes, Robyn remains strong...

After being vindicated in the eyes of his peers, SBR forum poster pat venditto has laid an egg in the 128 Man Handicapping Contest. Pat has accumulated a record of 5-7 -2.34 while opponent jayc88 raced off to a 4-1 +2.90 advantage. Pat's performance draws on memories of the New England Patriots being disgraced by the Giants in last years Super Bowl. Pat was heavily favored to advance to the Elite Eight, but it appears what was once a foregone conclusion has now erupted in the face of the young handicapper, as he's picked worse than some recently laid off stockbrokers on Wall Street.
The lone female left in the tournament has not let nerves shake her concentration, as SBR forum poster Robyn has thus far taken care of business against fellow forum regular pico. Pico made eight of his selections on day one, trying to set the tone for the round with his aggressive style, but the aggression backfired as he hit only 2 of his first 7 picks. Pico now remains stuck in the mud at 4-7 -3.37, while Robyn has whipped up a masterful 4-2 +1.93 performance that appears to be good enough to advance her into the next round.
