Here's a golfing story that's still in my local paper:
A couple of weeks back,
A local "big mouth/cheap-skate" allegedly hit a hole-in-one on a short par 3.
The only problem was,
There was a 4-some still on the green!
And to further complicate matters Brock,
No one in his foursome saw his ball go in the hole!
The elderly 4some ahead of them, were seen walking down the next fairway, by the time they got to the green.
Spent 15 minutes looking for his ball.
Couldn't find it.
Then some one thought to look in the cup.
Yep.
There it was.
But how did it get there?
Later on back in the clubhouse,
This cheapskate refused to buy the customer round of drinks for the house!
One of the old guys from the front 4-some stood up and yelled @ him,
"Doesn't matter anyway A.H.,
I put your ball in the cup"!
A small riot broke out in the clubhouse...
