The Sweet Sixteen has arrived in SBR's 128 Man Capper contest. Congrats go out to everyone who made the field of 32!
In one of the more highly anticipated matches in forum cap-off history, SBR forum regulars Robyn and pico square off a capping extravaganza that figures to have all the excitement, one liners, and drama that you might see on a late night sitcom. Both posters have a unique and flamboyant style of expressing themselves, and their picks thus far have spoken for themselves. Each coming off impressive victories where they'd dismantled their opponents.
Another headliner we have is SBR forum poster pat venditto continuing to steamroll his way through the field. Pat has been the butt of many jokes at SBR mainly for his self-portrayed image as the lovable degenerate young gambler, who seldom tastes the success handicapping that his peers and seniors have enjoyed. Still though, Pat continued plugging away and the little engine that never could has now vindicated himself and win or lose, earned the respect of his comrades. We wish him the best of luck in trying to advance onto the Elite Eight.
In some of the closer matches of the round of 32, we saw posters jackpot269 and Monkeyf0cker battle away in a tight match. Ultimately the final scoreline read jackpot269 8-4 +3.96 to Monkeyf0ckers 6-3 +2.87. In another edge of your seat bout, we saw SBR forum posters gm2022 and TheJer gridlocked at 7-5 all, but gm2022 had finished +1.72 to TheJer's +1.67.
We fully expect the best of the best here in the Sweet Sixteen round, and invite you all to the SBR forum to follow the action!
