SBR Bodybuilding I: Pull Ups!

terms

• Poster to record most pull ups without stopping wins. A full extension must be done. Do NOT do a chin up (palms facing you). If you do half a pull up as you tire, it will not be counted as a full pull up.
• A judging panel will be used consisting of CrazyLou and anyone he deems necessary to draw on their pull up knowledge.
• You must do something to denote you are the actual poster in the video, either by saying 'what's up SBR', or something personalized.
• All videos must be uploaded to SBR.TV, not youtube. Do not post the video when uploaded, CrazyLou will post all videos in a thread for posters to watch and the Champion will then be named.
• Your feet must be in view so we know they're not on the floor or some other object.
• You MAY NOT use a video you may have already created in the past.
• Deadline for video submissions is Sunday afternoon at 5:00PM EST. A minimum of 2 video entries must be submitted to CrazyLou before that time. At that time, I will organize the submissions into a thread for posters to view.
