Trade Help - Manning For Tate

My Peyton Manning for his Ben Tate. Need to decide whether its more important to handcuff Foster or retain a solid backup for Vick. My thinking is that if Vick goes down, I don't win many games with Peyton. But if Foster goes down, I can still win with Tate, since he'll be a top 5 RB. Thoughts?

team looks thin, but keep in mind its a 14 team keeper league (you give up next year's draft pick 3 rounds ahead of where you drafted keeper. i.e. no top 3 rd keepers)

No. Only way that trade is good, is if A.Foster is out for the season.

Drop J.Best, he is on the PUP list, and will be out at least 6 games.

T.Jones is a D.McFadden handcuff, you might beable to get something in a trade with the guy who has D.McFadden. Or you could just drop T.Jones and pick up another decent sleeper RB/WR/QB.

I agree with TT here. You can either handcuff Vick with Manning, or Foster with Tate. Both Vick and Foster are injury risks. You probably spent a top 2 pick on Foster. I say hand cuff that investment, pick up a Qb on waivers and hope Vick doesn't get hurt.

Vick is a huge risk because he's only good to play 12-14 games, if that. Guy could take a nasty hit to the ribs and be out half the season. I understand other QBs are also susceptible to injury, but hes injured it seems EVERY year.

If I did trade Manning, I would make sure Carson Palmer or at worst Ryan Fitzpatrick are available to pick up from waivers.
