Canucks fire GM Jim Benning on same night as coaching change
The Vancouver Canucks have fired general manager Jim Benning, completing a franchise house-cleaning on Sunday night, Sportsnet can confirm.
The move came after Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman reported Bruce Boudreau had been hired as coach to replace the fired Travis Green.

The Arizona Coyotes appear to be running the risk of losing access to their arena even sooner than expected, sources confirmed to ESPN on Wednesday.

For today, sorry for the late post, John Gibson the Pittsburgh native is starting in the nets. Every game he has played in Pittsburgh in the more recent years, he didn't allow more than two goals (excluding 2 games in the early years of his career when he allowed 6 goals in those two games). I don't know if Anaheim will win the game, but doubt there will be much scoring.Comment -
