Is there something that wasn't addressed? I really don't see any problems as long as PPDs are announced in advance, so I am struggling to understand what you are upset about? For Fantasy purposes, COVID is no different than a torn ACL and HIPPA laws go out the window when teams can literally place players on the Covid List, so there should be no surprises.

But Philly, regarding my Post #315, please educate me if there is something I am overlooking, because the concerns in this thread this week really seem like much ado about nothing with the NFL always acting quickly to PPD (and also announcing games are on, i.e., Minny/Houston) and Yahoo saying stats count if game are made up same week.

Ive never been a big fan of yours when it comes to be the commish for many reasons, some I comment on, some I don’t. I keep coming back each year though more so it’s because I have friends in the league. I’m sure at some point I’ll stop

NFL seems emphatic about playing this week, I wish I shared that confidence.

The New England-Kansas City game scheduled for 4:25 p.m. ET Sunday will be rescheduled to Monday or Tuesday after positive COVID-19 tests on both teams

Note "will be" and not "may be". Pretty sure that goes out the window if there is one more positive.

Not sure what Yahoo is doing, since Tuesday game would count toward Week 4, I would imagine that would delay the waiver process one day giving us Wednesday? Hopefully Yahoo would confirm IF they play Tuesday.

I have numerous players on Pitt so it affected me as well.

It says it will be Monday pending the tests, so it is still up in the air and contingent on negative tests.

Guido, what happens if there are positive tests and the game ends up getting cancelled?

This is probably best answer, as if someone pulled a hammy in pregame warmups. The good news is that Pats game starts at 7:00, so if PPD, scout those Falcons/Packers players for pick-ups.

This sounds good in theory but it would be impossible to implement logistically on Yahoo?

actually in the commish settings, it let's you add points to any week out there.
