Just like last year, League I alumni get first crack, so first 11 alumni to post up are back in League I. Remember though, only 2 leagues this year and BOTH leagues will close after 22 post-ups. So if those 22 include less than 11 alumni, then the earliest non-alumni to post up will crash League I. In other words, there is still incentive to post early.
