Thanks for the opportunity to respond anyway. I appreciate it . As I stated previously, you are a semi-competent coordinator and I give you credit for taking the liberties available to a contest coordinator here on the subforum and making a hard and fast decision. I am willing to take the hit and I appreciate the 100 being returned.

But lets be honest. It was another nice freeroll opportunity for the subforum Obviously, those funds would not have been returned if I had lost in this and future contests so it is fortunate for me that I am now +EV in these contests versus the field and avoided a bit of scumbaggery with my victory as no one called it prior to race time for reasons we can guess at.

I would also appreciate some other freeroll returns but expect few if any takers and you can check my thread for names and numbers for the list of Fox Hot Points racers courtesy ScumDaddy (particularly hilljacademics as a stickler for details). Be sure to review to see if you are a Hot Points racer and consider returning the funds no matter how hard it might be. Total Hot Points being held by Fox Hot Points racers is 315 YTD.

Now that the coordinator is aware of the rules for his own contest, I'll be running hard in the other contest where I have 146 paid entries now and save you boys the exhaust fumes but continuation of receiving my points on the freeroll as Hot Points racers as the coordinator continues fencing my points. I am here to serve. Happy Racing!!!

Don't forget that Freeroll Free Racing!!! is still available and is the only freeroll free race on the NASCAR subforum and the real winners are paid each week. As referenced previously, an arrangement can be made for this contest as well and could save you substantially in points over a racing year if you choose the honest approach.

Very nice of you to say. That will be much appreciated and a first-class move even if for the wrong reasons. You still fail to grasp the situation though.

The ScumDaddy freeroll is ongoing and will continue into the foreseeable future. Even if everyone paid me the full amount he has freerolled thus far, I would still need to hang around to keep the funds coming in due to the league's strong commitment to ScumDaddy or at least until I am paid back my principal. I will need to recover 100 points per contest for as long as ScumDaddy is allowed to freeroll by the coordinator which he is strongly committed to and that is only for Fox Fantasy. This process would take a minimum of 32 more races at 100% recovery which I will not be close to

League members thus far show a strong preference for my being freerolled, therefore, you are likely to be one of a few to pay. My present recovery rate is 0%. This resolves nothing but will be appreciated and everything helps and adds up over time.

So it seems I will be hanging around a while longer regardless of payments.

Sorry again for the long delay again but it could not be helped.

You are a finance major Yizzy. I have a valid entry in the contest and am getting stiffed. And you are taking the points and will not be paying them back. You are accepting the freeroll and benefiting from it. Got no real issue with this contest outside of Shaun Ovaries fencing my points and hillj's selective judgment on rules. Here is the math finance major: There were eight entries on Sunday and 350 paid out. There was a freeroll of 1. We know whose that was. I am paid. If you take that money, you are accepting 1 freeroll and 1 stiff. If you have no problems with it, so be it. But there were 400 points in that pot and 350 got paid to the wrong guy.

Just as a side note, if you are participating in a contest in which the coordinator is shorting the pot by 50 each week, it really is in your interest to want the other 50 to be paid out. I understand people do not want me to beat ScumDaddy on this issue. But it really serves no one's interest for ScumDaddy to short change the pot each week by 50 points unless you are so afraid of my dominating the contest that you will lose in the end.

I will give it a rest ShaunOvaries shortly. However, when you and Yisman readily accept ScumDaddy's stolen points he has no need to deal with me. When you can steal from a person and go right to the NASCAR forum and conduct a contest brazenly stiffing and have those funds readily accepted by the fellow coordinator and the posters, ScumDaddy is in the clear. That is why Downsouth tells you to keep him out of the contest because you embarrass all of SBR.

Poor Yisman can't not participate because he has to be in it hook or crook.

That is why in real life I would own ScumDaddy's contest and conduct it myself. In SBR, we have lawlessness. And in a lawless society, you employ bounty hunters and terrorize the townspeople until Clint Eastwood saves the day.

All ScumDaddy wants in this world is to have his contest and run in yours. If he has that, he can steal at will.

Oh really? How is ScumDaddy paying out his share? He had to take a loan. So 3500 of them must be mine. You can bend over backward to legitimize this all you want. Guy scammed me out of 3500 points and conducts a contest here easily. How can that be? You, Yisman, that is how. You make it legit because you will willingly accept stolen funds.
