NASCAR 2016 fantasy thread

Wonder how hard it would be to run a contest like this and use our own designed format? Kinda like the way Yis does with the side bets, only on a larger scale. You could really simplify it down and post the picks right here. Would kick ass over anything at that fox fantasy bs.

It ends up a bit of a chore scoring and maintaining it for the full season.

I did a simpler one for a few years than Shaunovery took over for a year or two but its much easier with a website to track and score everything when its weekly for 36 weeks a year.

Yeah, I think I remember that one Opti and the one Yis did too. Guess it is a little easier to let a fantasy site run it, but man, most of them suck so bad. Thanks for the info guys.

Getting into the chase is easy these days you don't need a win , just look at Newman , chase

Basically no integrity in the Chase system,you imagine any other Sport doing that,say for instance the GB Packers lost Aaron Rodgers at the start of the season and the Packers were given a waiver that covered all the games he was out win or lose.

If someone like say David Gilliland had hurt himself no I don't think he have been given a waiver.Also giving Jeff Gordon an extra spot in the Chase because of the deal with Bowyer was just due to the fact Gordon was such a big draw.
