Not going to ESPN rankings are the best, but they have Forte at #13 overall and Mariota is not in their top 100. They do have him as the #15 QB, so I guess the #13 overall to the position #15 is close.

In other words, I'll have to pass.

Matty my offer was Russell Wilson. I thought it was fair based upon his ability to get points rushing. The Bears are a mess. Forte could just quit at any minute. I'd be more than happy to hear a counter.
