I heard someone talking about 2 years 24 million, which I think is very high (but he might get it).

No chance he only gets 2/$24 million. Headley just signed last year for 4 yrs/52 million and other than one complete outlier of a season Murphy is a much better offensive player.

They are my team, half way through the season I wouldn't have given 2 cents for a ticket on them to win the World Series, they couldn't hit but after the All-Star break they got their hitting game going. They have had great pitching all season (even without Wheeler). Go Mets !!!

However, in his 23.1 postseason IP's, he has a lofty 6.56 ERA.
