Well according to Brandon Marshall's preseason hype, Cutler was supposed to have been MVP this year.

I think it's safe to say that BM does not have a future as a talent scout.

As much as I dislike cuntler, the biggest problem is trestman.He should have been fired at halftime of the packer game and they should have just moved up a coordinator for the remaining season. They have more than enough talent to be competitive, this is clearly just a case of a train wreck of a head coach.

I never slammed Marshall for simply supporting a teammate.

The comment I was alluding to took place in the preseason, unsolicited from any reporter. Marshall was touting Cutler as a league MVP candidate. This was not some perfunctory appraisal amongst comrades, merely showing goodwill. Marshall went out on a limb and said something to the effect of Cutler having a breakout season and vying for MVP accolades, and he did so with utmost sincerity.

So yeah, I think it's safe to say he whiffed on that one.
