served roughly 3, on parole for the rest (plus the fine). and that only because lawyer (who was expensive as hell) got them to drop the intent to distribute which in mississippi (where i was) is considered a violent crime and would have been forced to do 85%. it was my 1st felony and only felony.. it wasnt 500 but it was a sizable amount..in mississippi possession of weed over i believe 10 kilos (which aint shit, had more than that) carries a 10-30 year sentence!

Bell did not travel with the team to their third preseason game tonight vs. the Eagles while Blount did. I am not sure how significant that is though.

Following Wednesday's marijuana and DUI arrest, Le'Veon Bell did not travel with the Steelers for Thursday night's third preseason game at Philadelphia.

LeGarrette Blount did make the trip after being arrested as well. There could be some significance to this, but we're not adjusting our rankings yet, and may not at any point. The NFL tends to take a long time to hand down discipline, and Bell has no history of violating league policy. He was considered a high-character prospect coming out of Michigan State in the 2013 draft. It's entirely possible Bell will be available for the entire 2014 season with no adjustment to his role.

It's a decent amount of weight for a guy who plays in the NFL. 20 grams isn't enough for a dealer, but more than enough for personal use. I smoke a decent amount of weed and I usually buy a half zip a week (14g), and I don't have a full-time job as an NFL player.

No reason for an NFL player to have that much weed. If you do, then just stash it at your house. No reason to be driving around with that amount, not like you are going to smoke that much in a night anyways, even if it's between 3 people.
