I think Bradford is going to have a really good year. Palmer I'm not sold on.

#74i feel like theres going to be some later round QBs that are going to have value, not so much as they are going to tear it up, call me crazy but I feel like some elite QBs are going to fall off a little making it smart to wait to pick up a QBComment -

#80Fukk yess fantasy football. Just did my first mock draft the other night (probably way too early to be mocking).
Here are my first thoughts:
RB is the thinnest I've ever seen it
WR is the deepest I've ever seen it
QB is the deepest I've ever seen it.
I'm in a 10 team league, and I'm contemplating waiting on WR til the 5th round. Guys like Amendola, Antonio Brown, Steve Smith, Nicks, Bowe, Welker, Reggie Wayne, Decker etc. are all still avaialable by then. I feel comfortable I can end up with a WR1 and a WR2 by waiting til the 5th (may be wrong here though, we'll see).
It's hard to say how I'm going to draft because a lot of it depends on who is available. But I think I'm going to try to get 3 RB's by the first 4 rounds and try to sneak one of the elite QB's in there if I can. I'm fine if I end up with a WR core of something like Amendola and Nicks.
Only thing I have to figure out are these 2nd and 3rd tier RB's like Lamar Miller, Monte Ball, David Wilson, Levon Bell, etc.
As for sleeper, I like Brandon Myers as a sleeper TE. Eli always loves his TE's, this guy was a top 5 TE in the 2nd half of the season last year for Oakland.Comment -

#8112th pick in a 12 team league - thoughts?
I have the 12th pick in a 12 team league. I am thinking I almost have to go RB/RB unless Calvin drops somehow. Thoughts?Comment -

#82You almost have to go RB/RB in a 12 teamer with that pick. If not, you're going to be weak at RB.Originally posted by Straight CashI have the 12th pick in a 12 team league. I am thinking I almost have to go RB/RB unless Calvin drops somehow. Thoughts?
Calvin will have another great year, but WR is insanely deep. By the 4th round, most RB's are all gone. Great WR's will still be available through the 6th and 7th rounds.Comment -

#83I think you have to go with 2 RB's also. You'll have more options if its a PPR scoring league though.Originally posted by Straight CashI have the 12th pick in a 12 team league. I am thinking I almost have to go RB/RB unless Calvin drops somehow. Thoughts?Comment -

Hakeem Nicks is showing great value in mocks as well. He's healthy going into camp and should have a very solid season. Contract year as well for him I believe.Comment -

#89WR's are going to be everywhere this year. There are so many out there that you can use I am not even going to really worry to much about WR until I have some other things in placeOriginally posted by Speedy88You almost have to go RB/RB in a 12 teamer with that pick. #90I'd have to assume it can only help him. Yeah he may draw an extra double here and there, but come on, the guy is almost indefensible with his size and speed. He'll always get his numbers...the goal is to make other people beat you if you play the Patriots....anyone but Gronk or Amendola (and that's if either of them can play 14-16 games this year).Originally posted by peacebyinchesdoes the aaron hernandez thing help, or hurt gronk's projected draft position? is he projected as #1 tight end on most boards, or is there someone else i cant think of higher?
Ridley may benefit more from Hernandez being out though. They will have to run the ball with that group of receivers as a whole.Comment -

#91Thoughts on MJD this year guys?
He's in a contract year and every year he is healthy he is good for 1600 yards from scrimmage. Seen him falling to 3rd round in a lot of mocks, think he may have some great value.Comment -

#94It helps his position since he'll be the focal point when he plays. #104Such a weird situation there in Denver.Originally posted by LT ProfitsI would avoid Monte Ball for now and try to snare Ronnie Hillman in like the 11th round as a depth pick. He now looks like the starter in Denver.
Hillman was just awful anytime last year he got 10+ carries in a game.
His only real good week came in week 8 against the awful Saints where he went for 14 carries and 86 yards...
Otherwise it was:
10 carries 31 yards week 4
12 carries 43 yards week 12
14 carries 29 yards week 15
We'll see what happens. I'd avoid that Denver backfield if I could. I do think Montee Ball is the guy to own there though in a later round pick situation.Comment -
