I had Chris Sale - no clue why I typed clue...

On dailydraft today I went with Lynn and Melden in my main lineup and took Hernandez and Stults for about half the salary in a secondary lineup where I've been going lighter on the pitch salary... 8 points for the former pair and 102 the latter...

Lineups look good guys! Freekin livid had Scott Hairston (grand slam) and Soriano HR already in a satellite that got cx. because it was 1 man short of 24.Thinking abut this as one of mine tonight. Watching weather in St.Louis, mini.? Changing a lot because of weather, know Trout is a play, but gut tells me others on team will do well?

Boston Red Sox OF Jackie Bradley is a candidate for promotion, according to manager John Farrell. Bradley entered play Tuesday, May 28, on an 11-game hitting streak in which he's hitting .455 (20-for-44) with a triple, two home runs, 11 runs scored and six RBIs with Triple-A Pawtucket. He has a slash line of .360/.461/.547 at Class AAA. 'Once he got past the shoulder tendinitis, he got back on the field much like we saw in spring training with his defense,' Farrell said. 'Two good plays last night. He doubled off a guy with a throw. Threw out another runner. He hit a home run and double last night. He's been swinging the bat very well.' Back in March, many had tabbed Eovaldi a sleeper after a September 2012 in which he put up a BPV of 112 with an 8.4 Dom and a 3.4 Cmd (remember small sample size) and a very good spring training. Then just as April rolled around, he came up with a sore shoulder. He's worth monitoring, but remember he plays for Miami, which means not much offensive support, and while he's had some nice performances, we're only projecting him to put up a 52 BPV the rest of the year. -Phil Hertz

BHQ take: Detwiler's return continues to be pushed back, meaning that his owners might want to start looking for alternatives. This is especially so when one considers that before his injury, his xERA was 4.40, his Dom was 4.5 and his BPV was 54. We're only projecting a 45 BPV the rest of the season. If you do look elsewhere, Karns is probably not the one to pick up. His start on Tuesday was his first taste of baseball above the Double-A level. Long term, we see him as potentially a number four starter.
