I feel Jennings has a lot to prove though the other two should get their money's worth. So tough man. I am sticking with Jennings on this one since Williams just played.

Hey Jeeps - I'm coming to some similar conclusions as you are with regards to looking at defense efficiency against position. I think fanduel requires a good amount of dare i say... luck... and you really need a player or two to perform way above expectation to be able to have a chance at cashing in 50/50's or tourneys. I definitely try to pick guys who are have a higher probability of exceeding expectations but have a consistent baseline value.

Heads-up there is a lot more variance in the scores you're going to be up against.
I actually think scouting your opponent is pretty useful.

Do you guys play heads-up, 3 player leagues, 5 player leagues? 10? 50/50's, tourneys? a mix?

Cremice,

Looking over the defense efficiency is one of the less stressful tools when setting your lineup. Like I said I use to use some many formulas it drove me nuts, even though I spent 3 years working for a company writing formulas in excel I still would lose my mind with all the numbers you have to use for each player.

I usually play double up games on FD, either $5 or $10, 2-3 per night. Once in a while I will play a few 50/50 games and maybe once or twice a month I will play the $1 or $2 big tourney on FD.
