Help with Defense

I need some help picking a defense for week 15, this is what i have to choose from:

Dallas vs Pit
Arizona vs Det
St Louis vs Min
San Diego vs Car

I would go with San Diego. I don't like Dallas at all.

I would eliminate Dallas right away. The other three are a toss up in my opinion.

However, if I had to choose I'd roll with St. Louis.

Can you guys explain why you like the Rams? They are average defense at best. I can see AP have 2 TDs alone. Just curious

Tenn is the only other defense available that was suggested.
