Who to start? Tony Romo vs Luck? Which WR should I choose? Giving out Points!
    Hey guys,

Its that time again I make a thread and everyone who participates gets points! ANd If you have a good reason why I should choose one over the other, I will give more points!

Everyone will receive an minimum of 2 points!

Ok, This is a must win week for me, Im sure a lot of us are on the same boat trying to make the playoffs.

I have Tony ROmo and ANdrew Luck as my Quarterbacks.

    Who should I start?

I also Have the following as my Wide Receivers:
    Malcom Floyd
    Anquan Boldin
    Pierce Garcon
    Greg Jennings
    Hartline
    Stokley (denver)

I need to choose 3 WR. Yahoo Default PPR league; TD = 6 points.

I was thinking of going for Tony ROmo since they actually need to win for Playoffs
and for WR im thinking of going Jennings, Floyd, and Garcon

    THanks all!!

The qb is a toss up. Luck will be slinging it at Lions and if Romo can play with 1/2 a brain he should do well against that abortion of a defense of Philly.

WR's to play are Garçon for sure. Think Jennings will be targeted a bunch too. Boldin is interesting because he will have a lot of chances too. The other 3 look like a wash.

    Best of luck.

At QB, I'd definitely be taking Romo this week..Philly has obviously mailed in this season and and has given up 13 TD passes with no picks in the past 5 games..As far as Luck. He has actually struggled a bit on the road, with his fantasy output being almost cut in half compared to his home games..

As far as the receivers go.. all your guys seem to have been banged up one way or another recently so make sure you get three healthy guys in there..Assuming everyone's playing, here's how I'd rank your w'rs this week..

Garcon..looked good on Thanksgiving day and had a full practice yesterday, so he's definitely a "go" this week.

Boldin..not sure why, but Boldin always brings his A game against the tough Pitt defense..just a tough guy who can take a lick and is not intimidated by the hard hitting Steelers..

Hartline..didn't do much last week but think he get's back on track this week against a Pat's defense that gives up a lot of big plays..Floyd might be a more solid pick for your 3rd choice but I'd take a flyer with Hartline here..

Floyd..solid receiver going against a decent Bengal secondary..

Stokely..Peyton's 3rd look but may also be a good option this week..

Jennings..not sure why everyone has this guy ranked so high this week..I doubt he sees very many snaps this week and Rogers has a ton of other options..

Good luck with your picks this week..

Of course you take Romo. Philly has completely quit.

at quarterback i think romo. but this guy has been anything but consistent this season. the philadelphia back up quarterback and running back seem to be improving . they stayed with carolina until the 4th quarter. but injuries have beat down the philly defense and romo should rack up passing yardage against them just as newton did on MNF. and you are right dallas needs the win to make the playoffs so i expect the good romo to show up.

anquan boldin would be one of the three i pick. he had 80 yards against the division rival steelers at heinz field and should have another big game at home against them. steelers pass defense has been struggling as of late.

i agree with GG about pierre garcon. should be a high scoring affair versus the giants and garcon will be a target for qb griffin.

hartline has been consistent for most of the season. the patriots offense is a juggernaut but the passing defense is mediocre at best. this will be the first meeting of the season between these two and i think being at home hartline will have at a minimum 50-60 yards if not more. i would go with consistency and choose hartline.

          good luck bud.

With the way luck struggles on the road I'd go romo. As far as we, I'd go Floyd, garçon, and hartline.

I'd go with Luck. He struggles on the road but it'll be indoors so it shouldn't change too much for him against the lions. Should be a shootout.. Dallas is expected to get Demaro murray back so I expect dallas and Philly to run the ball. Also Luck can run so he should tally up, I think end # will be similar but since I think there' sa shootout waiting in Detroit, I'd go with luck..

As forWR's I'd go with Garcon against Giants horrible corners, and Hartline against the Dolphins, expect dolphins to throw a lot in this game.. And Floyd since he has the higher upside to break one over Boldin..

Stoke has a great matchup this week vs. Denver, hard to shy away from that. Jennings back is nice to, could be huge in playoffs.

What about my RB's? I dont want to start another thread and flood the forum.
                        MY RB's are:
                        Reggie Bush
                        Frank Gore
                        Ryan Matthews

                        I can only choose two!

jennings is tough to trust on his first time back, last time he reinjured his groin in the first q..
                          .
keep tabs on the health of danario alexander for the chargers. if he cant play, or is limited, then floyd is a better option...bengals secondary is still pretty bad though, so it might be worth playing floyd anyway

i just have a hard time believing hartline is for real. i also think he will be matched up with aqib talib, who is no slouch for the pats...i predict that davone bess will have a much better game than hartline when all is said and done. hartline has had a couple of great weeks but otherwise has been a low point producer

stokley to me has a good matchup on paper...i guess it comes down to how much you really trust him. he has scored a few times and peyton likes him, only problem is he is 3rd on that depth chart behind thomas and decker

are these really your only options? have you been rolling with these WRs all year? that is pretty rough man...if i have to choose, id say garcon definitely, stokley, and either floyd/boldin that is a toss up. good luck in whatever you decide

You have to go with Romo versus a philly defense that would make Matt Cassell and Ryan Lindley look like Peyton Manning. Also you never know Suh may commit a cheap shot and take Luck out of the game.
For wrs 1. Garcon versus a weak giant secondary, 2. Hartline Miami will have to pass non stop to keep up with the pats. 3. Floyd because baltimore may not need to pass that much because of the blowout with batch at qb. But Boldin and floyd seem like they will put similar stats up.
Rbs Matthews and Gore. Bush doesn't get enough love and has to share the touches.

If I were you, I would use Luck and Garcon.
Garcon lit up last week against the jets catching 2 tds i believe.
And Luck has been way more consistent then romo and believe he can have another 300yd+ week 2-3 tds.

Philly's pass rush and secondary has been a mess. They just released Babin. http://footballoutsiders.com/stats/teamdef They have the 27th best pass defense. I'd go with Romo.

At WR, Jennings is a must play if he's starting. Garcon would be my second choice, and Floyd third.

Start Luck at QB! No way you put Romo the interception machine in there, guy is so fuk'in washed up!

Stokley, Garcon and Boldin at WR! Jennings won't see a lot of throws because of Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb. Good luck!
