seen them play, look at their opponents and who they beat and look at Ark St opponents and wins, FIU has shownup better IMO

LOL good response. I like Arkansas cuz they are pumped from last week and there 2-0 in conference record, as well their first in the year national tv broadcasting at home. They should win this game by at least a TD, energy is high and fans will be pump for a chance to be on the national stage. Aplin playing decent lately and he can run for good yardage in against FIU i think

Nah, just did quite of scouting on resources and checked stats from previous games and looked at some others opinion. I am capper that listens to people's opinion and thinking, I dont let me emotions or love for a team to over-ride any of my picks.

But had a really good weekend: Won LSU, Alabama, Stanford, Clemson, Boise, Oklahoma state and Mich st and won big on Bears and Jets and Eagles... Went 10-2 this weekend, loss on Oklahoma and Steelers

I think FIU can force this QB into making a couple of mistakes and they can win. ASU cannot run the ball and will be pass heavy.

Ark is the play. Consider a total too. I might tease it down a bit for the over because it looks like a back a forth matchup.

Thats quite tru also, ASU throws a lot of picks, FIU's qb carrol has 6TD and 1 Int pretty good TD:INT ratio

The two best passing offenses that FIU has faced have beaten them. Arkansas State will be the best passing offense FIU has faced to date.

Arkansas St has also played a tougher schedule (although not by too much).

Home game and a chance for Ark St to go 3-0 in the Sun Belt.

Arkansas St -3.5 here, I see it as a 7-10 point game.

leaning FIU based on several factors.
inner city kids not afraid of national television spotlight,
strength of schedule favors FIU, and I think FIU has
a more talented team playing more intelligent football-
probably roll with the dade county panthers and the points...
although I believe they may win straight up. good luck!

Where do u guys stand on this game?

FIU @ +140 is not bad value, this game SHOULD be close. Both teams 4-2, under has seemd to be the trend in this matchup,with FIU and Arkansas trading ATS last two matchups.

I know absolutely nothing about both teams defenses in depth- besides matchup statistics relative to teams in their conference.

Even then both teams seemed evenly matched to put a U on FIU.

Im with you man... just b/c its a coin flip from what i've seen i was gonna put like 80 on FIU... the last 4 match ups have been won by either 1-3 points with an exception of a ARK ST win of 17 2 years ago.. ARK ST is pass happy as well and the weather is showing rain so that could slow them down and their qb also has more INT's then TD... so lets see if we hit!

Arkansas state has this game man. 15th most passing yards a game int he nation. 68th in rushing per game. Playing Florida international whos a little better rushing. Arkansas state is better overall and on a winning streak. Got - 2/12 arkansas state.

Saw that SBR John Ryan post hes taking FIU...lol... i have yet to see him win any college football plays in nearly 3 or 4 weeks, it seems like a gd sign that hes on the other side, making me feel better about Ark-3. Plus Machine Choice is on it as well gives me a good confidence as he has been on a good track record.
