I just don't see where it states that Rutley is definitely OUT for tonight. And at the college level there are always very talented athletes waiting for their big chance. how many times has a team lost a star and their replacement comes through with a huge game. The exception is at quarterback where a red shirt freshman or true freshman gets thrown in the game. Quarterback is a vastly more complex position than running back and don't forget no matter, who the running back it takes an offensive line working together to make that running back successful. Good luck and see you all at half-time.

#38outstanding analysis regardless of the outcome john. I'm thinking that some should spend more time helping to make play's that make money rather than just critisizing other's. My mny mngt won't allow all these play's but I do have the sjsu +6 1/2 as well as the over. I think it all makes great sence! Which I had the bankroll to do it but i need to be around long enough to learn more so I'm sticking to mny mngmt right now and taking spot's that will pay well, again thnx .......spikeComment -

#43well, it is kick-off and 79% of all bets made by the public are on Hawaii.. That is a red flag for those betting Hawaii - not saying they will lose automatically, but when flows match this extreme the public certainly loses more than they win. Good Luck to all.Comment -

#50Nice hit on the SJSU pick John. SJSU a sneaky team this year. Ended up playing them at +7 -132 and put some points on the money line. Thanks for your contributions.Comment -

#52As I was watching this game it did remind me that I was not making a play on a LSU or Oklahoma or Alabama, or even a Florida State. The lack of mental discipline is why both teams are not strong playing teams and that was just one example of many during the game. I think I did more 'stop' rewind' 'play' to actually see such poor techniques by both units at the LOS than I can ever remember.Comment -

#54This was single handily the worst game I have witnessed in years. 12 turnovers and then the announcers say 'oh, this is nothing, back in 1969 FSU and Wichita State had 20 turnovers with 17 fumbles. Somehow, I would be willing to bet that the game was played in a cold monsoon and the conditions created the turnovers. Last night was perfect conditions and both teams made more mental mistakes in a half of football than strong teams make in a full season. Still, I have to admit, it was nice for that money line parlay to hit, the teaser to hit, the side and total to hit. Yes, I felt good at 20-7 knowing that I needed one more TD to ensure I was in a break-even situation, but then agony started to creep in. Still, can't imagine two D-1 programs playing in perfect weather conditions having 12 turnovers. But, it happened.Comment -

#55Thanks. Both teams better get some serious discipline in their schemes or they will get blown off the field.Comment -

#56Great work on this Cougar. I had 56 on the over but the tease covered. Another one "right on the money". Everything in teh world prevented that over from hitting. What else can you do but laugh and shake your head! Have a great weekend.Comment -

#57unbeleivable analysis on this game right on the money. And with all the point's left on the feild in the first half by sjsu incredible call sir! this is the type of play that is both sound in analysis and perfect for making money. I my self had the over at 55 !/2 so it didnt't hit the parlay for me however win or lose this was an outstanding call. Just can't get over how you had this thing pegged from the beggining B.O.L to all ..spikeComment -

#59Great work John, hit with all your plays on this game! Those who choose to cast negative comments should take a read over the analysis John did and then show a little respect for the effort that he goes to in order to bring these plays to you!

I still cannot believe they were D-1 schools though as I wrote above. It was just one of those games where bad breaks/team mistakes were far more numerous and obvious than the norm.Comment -
