I really like LSU here. All their lineman are 300+ lbs. and they have 3 good backs. West Virginia is going to have a difficult time trying to stop LSU's smashmouth running game. When they mix in a little play action, it will be all she wrote. LSU's defense is just icing on the cake, because the game will be won with LSU's offense in this one, as crazy as that may sound. Lol.Comment -

What's your thinking on ASU? I can't get a good read on either team here from what I have seen.
Not real big on week 4. Leans would be A&M -3, UGA if I cant get it back at -10, and FSU -3.
I would take Florida up to 20 any other week against Kentucky but tough spot in between Tenn and Alabama games.Comment -

Glad to see you on LSU and Oregon. My reasoning with ASU is: They have many upperclassmen who lost to USC last year by one pt. (revenge spot), will be a great atmosphere by playing at night (plus, this is USC's first road game), ASU is coming off a loss which will lead to more focus, and I believe Erickson is going to outcoach Kiffin. I ran some statistical data on this game as well and have ASU by 6 points.
The same way you feel about ASU is the same way I feel about A&M. Lol. I would lean A&M, but I would have a hard time wagering on them. I like your lean on Georgia too. I believe Ole Miss has mailed it in already and they have some injuries at key positions. I'm not sure about FSU, because I would need to know who is actually going to play. I believe FSU can bounce back and Clemson is a jekyll and hyde team.
Let me know what your official plays will be. That way, we can discuss those as well. Have a good evening Mstone.Comment -

Waiting on UGA to see if it comes down from 10.5. I doubt it will but I don't mind it at 11 if it goes up.

#78I got in on a few late and was bummed about that but locked in LSU -6, Oregon -14.5, FSU -3, and A&M -3. FSU has dropped down to 1.5 so that was stupid by me. I don't worry if Manuel won't play really though. FSU's defense should slow down Clemson a lot from this past week. And FSU can't afford to lose in this spot. It was more of a gut play for me TBH. I also believe A&M is a really really good team. They are balanced on offense and their D is much better than OK State's. I try not to take too much from the OK State-Tulsa game with the crazy late start but they were struggling to stop a true freshman, 2nd string QB.
Waiting on UGA to see if it comes down from 10.5. I doubt it will but I don't mind it at 11 if it goes up.

#79I think teasing bama at home to -5.5 ( i have them at 11.5) and NE -2.5 (i have them at 8.5) is solid tease. I know some frown on teases, but i have made a nice sum on them. also really like oregonComment -

#82Absolutely NOT. Im sorry but ML parlays are stupid. You tie up bankroll, and you need to string together quite a few to make it worthwhile. And in football, anything can happen. Since start of this season, I have hit a 6team parlay, 2 5s, and a number of 4. I hit majority of my teasers. I am now laying off 4+ parlays/teasers bc lines are sharpening up. Now 2-3 team parlays and teasers...and more SU. I will be phase to running mainly SU in the coming weeks.
Before people hate or ask for my documentation, I am just saying what I do, not bragging. Im not asking anyone to follow or fade. Just answering a question. So much hate on these forums, I just give my 2cents, rarely post picks. With that being said, there are some damn good cappers on here, just got to do your homework.

I hear ya buddy and glad that you are having a lot of success this season. Yeah, I agree that there are many good cappers here. They are very useful in comparing notes with after you have done your homework, just as you mentioned. GL to you this weekend shooms79.

ASU has already played a couple games without some of the players that are injured. Their DE Onyeali is out and their OL Simmons is questionable. USC has many injuries as well. They don't even have a descent qb behind Barkley, because the backup is hurt too. One good hit on Mr. Barkley and game over.Comment -

As a die hard Hokie, it's good to see you on VT. I never play them myself bc of bias but I think you're on the right side there.
What's your thinking with Florida? They have been impressive but it's just tough to go against that Bama D. Over the past few season I either find myself siding with Bama or it being a no play.Comment -

#103Alabama vs. Florida: I really like this game. I was glad to see Florida getting more than 3 pts, because I think they win outright. I completely understand how good Bama’s defense is, however, they have not been tested against a balanced attack from a team that has excellent speed. I also see Charlie Weis unveiling a few new wrinkles with the offense. Maybe a little ‘wild gator’ with Burton under center…I guarantee you that Florida will have a couple of trick plays ready to put on display as well. Something else to consider, Muschamp used to work with Saban at LSU and Miami Dolphins. He knows how Saban operates and yes Saban knows how Muschamp operates, but it will benefit Muschamp more. You see, Saban knows Muschamp’s tendencies as far as schemes, but Muschamp knows how Saban has prepared his team and what weakness Saban will try to exploit. Got it? Good, moving on….This is a REVENGE SPOT. Florida’s upperclassmen have not forgotten losing to Alabama in the SEC Championship game a couple years ago and losing at Bama 31-6 last year. Also, McCarron nor Sims have faced the atmosphere of a night game at ‘The Swamp’. This is one of the toughest venues in college football. Bama BETTER NOT let Florida get out to an early lead or it will be lights out! Well, there you have it… I’ve got the Gators 27 Tide 24. We will take the points just to be safe.
