pretty sure a clerk at a book scammed me.
i placed a $500 bet on cowboys and handed him bunch of $20s and $100. i wasnt paying attention while he counted as i was distracted. he then claims i shorted him. i grabbed the stack and recounted and indeed was short.
i was suspicious cause I had counted few mins prior to giving it to him
and was correct. but was in a hurry to grab the +4 so handed him the extra bill.
later I counted the cash in my wallet and I was short cause I knew the exact amount I brought. he had put the $100 bill aside and I believe he hid it under it.
had a feeling he was a scammer.. sounded like a sleezy nyer.
so should i confront this mofo or tell his supervisor? or just forget it?
the amount was just $20 so not a big deal cause i'm up 5 figures there but it's the principle and the fact he might be pulling the scam on others who aren't up as big.
