I searched forum (and google) for this subject, but I didn't find good answer. Is it still available and how? I would like to hear strategy from someone that did it not so long ago (or proved that it is not +EV anymore), I wouldn't like to hear stories about "good old days" cuz I don't have time machine, and I was younger then so I didn't need money much :P And please don't tell blackjack because it is heavily limited in all bonus promotions.
Any useful link, good strategy or especially personal advice would be much appriciated. I would like even to get link to good sites that I would have to pay for good recent strategies about this (if price is reasonable).
