please help me im getting screwed

idk whats going on but this has happend 4 times in the last hr.....i am betting 12.50 which is the max on 25 line jacks or better yet sometimes when i bet..it takes away more than 12.50....4 times now...i just had 450 exactly i bet the 12.50 and yet now i have 431???? wtf i have been screwed out of points here who can help me with this?
