Anyone thinking about using Ignition Casino as there preferred gambling site should think again.
I had been playing on the site poker for a year or so. Made some money on there and withdrew once or twice. I kept building up the account balance. Anyway made my final withdrawal a few months ago of 1k$ aud. I left 2k AUD in there and went to withdraw it one month later, only to find that my phone number had changed since then. I made the request to change my number and they asked for verification of my identity. Since then my account has been disabled, I have sent two forms of ID and was told the response would be in 72 hours.
Yet still I am here with no access to my money over 1 month later .... All my withdrawals were in crypto and conveniently Etherem/BTC has sky rocketed in the time since I went to withdraw.
I have contacted their support team multiple times without any joy.
If anyone has any ideas of what to do about this situation I would very much appreciate any input.
Until then avoid this site as they cannot be trusted with your hard earned money.
