Best sportsbook for casino/lines/customer service/bonuses

Okay SBR readers here's your chance to recommend your #1 or #2 sportsbook for all of the above. I read that SBR is biased on who they recommend according to the contracts/fees that the books evidently pay to SBR. With that being said I have NEVER had a problem with any book that SBR has ranked A/B.
So readers who's your #1 for lines?

Long story short which sportsbook would you choose if you had won 100k on a 8 team parlay and you didn't want to sweat getting paid? My old sportsbook was SOS/Carib and they offer -05 lines but the payout methods/amounts are by far the worst of any book I've ever used. $450 max via p2p and that carries a hefty $55 fee!!!!

So...........who's #1?

Bookmaker. I'd never sweat getting paid, they have 25% cash bonuses, decent live options, good customer service, fast payout times with no fees. Their lines..are okay. But its A+ for everything else.

After possibly being 1 of the last to give bitcoin a try I would have to save Bovada is my new favorite. Has never taken over 12 hrs(for withdrawals) even though they say up to 48 hrs. Last time I requested on Sunday and $$$ was in my bank Monday!! Don't get much better than that unless you're at a casino that allows sports wagering(then you won't have LIVE Betting)

I should have said sportsbooks that allow US players......my mistake
