    Casino Dealer Pockets 35 x 5K Chips & Quits
A dealer at the Star City casino in Sydney almost got away with 175K of stolen chips, before he had a friend who was red flagged cash one and started a review of the cameras on him.

Don't understand how this could possibly happen let alone 35 times. Floor managers do a rack count on every table about what? Every 60 or 90 minutes. Bottom line the dealer made the mistake most thieves make... too greedy.

Too stupid, Rome wasn't built in a day. Should have stuck to $50 or $100 chips, 2 days a week. Adds up over time over a year

This. 5k chips don't just vanish. They are tracked every time one is brought in or out of that tray. Sometimes 1k chips too. $100 and $500 chips are the highest you can go that a casino generally does not track.
