I have a hard time staying out of them. Is there something mentally wrong with me? Logically, I understand that they must be fixed. It's a near certainty. If it is programmable software, why would a book just let it remain random and give you a near 50% chance of making money? Plus, time and time again, I see that when you up your bets, you lose on a consistent basis. And yet... I find myself always returning. I keep hoping against hope that this is the time they will let me have a big win. Am I dumber than a box of rocks?
What are other people's experiences?
Do they differ between books, like some are set at "A$$ r-pe" and some are just set at "mildly bitchslap" ? I know that in the 5D one I actually had some big hits (before I gave it all back), but in the Bookmaker one, I have never ever once been allowed to win anything with a wager of over $5.
Do I need professional help for returning to these all the time with my hard-earned money?
Thanks for everyone's thoughts on these important questions.
