#260Not a fan of Forrest, and quite frankly, don't think he should be -300 vs.... well, anyone at this point in his career, but did just read that his to-show money is $125,000 and his win bonus would be $150,000. If that doesn't motivate that goofy mutherf*cker, I don't know what will.
Tito gets a flat $250,000 or 50 bouncy castles.Last edited by Educ8d Degener8; 07-06-12, 08:33 PM.Comment -

#261Not completely sold on Fukuda at these odds.
Make no mistake, Costa possesses MUCH better boxing than Fukuda, and could possibly finish Fukuda standing. Fukuda tends to tense up when he punches, appearing a bit robotic to me. Costa on the other hand is a much sharper boxer whose punches seem to be thrown more fluently and naturally. With that more technical boxing comes much more punching power for Costa.
Costa's TDD has looked much better as of late, and his cardio is on par with Fukuda's.Comment -

#262Just saw the weigh ins, I thought maia looked 'meh' , can't tell if the cut looks good or bad (if I were a maia backer I would haev hoped to have seen a bit more muscle mass, it looks as though he cut his soft fat but also cut whatever muscle he had put on over the past few years...so if anything I'd see it as a bad thing. Still think dhk could be in trouble though if maia's conditioning is in check and he chooses a grappling appraoch!).
Cung's weigh in and another fight were blurred by the vid connection (did this happen to everyone? I watched the vid on sherdog) Here is some pics from junkie... http://mmajunkie.com/news/29546/ufc-...ge-gallery.mma
I will say cung looks more ripped then I've ever seen him and doesn't seem as soft as usual...
LOL I think easton was popping some wood.... And Alessio looking like an SS poster boy.Last edited by MMAbetMASTA; 07-06-12, 10:31 PM.Comment -

Yet if his head and motivation are not in this fight I would be all over tito. I can't pull the trigger cause I have most my money tied up, but man, if I knew forrest wasn't there 100% mentally then I think tito can win this. And if tito hadn't looked so bad in his last two I would give him more of a chance as well.
Has anyone read any interviews or heard of anything about forrest's motivation for this match and how he's looking at it?? Any info that would lead you to believe he has lacking motivation and stability like shogun fight?
And for the record I am def not a forrest fan, after that shogun FLOP (yes, it was a clear cut 'flop' imo) I can't be a fan of that guy..Comment -

#264lol...
I don't know what to make of that... At first I thought it was cool, then I thought about it and I think that was a bad move for anderson, very uncharacteristic of him and he really stooped to chael's level with that cheap shot, chael used words but anderson was the one to take it to the next level and get shady physically... I think he might be a little too emotional at this point.Comment -

#272Lol, what about Rogan when Cheal was giving that little speech. He looked like he was waiting for Chael to release in his mouth. It must have been all the testosterone coming off of Chael or something because Rogan was quivering.Comment -

#273I love how the UFC does everything they can to break black athletes and make them acceptable to the white middle class fans. Dying the hair blond for instance. Randleman, Guillard, these guys don't walk around like that but they know if they show disdain for their African genes it will help their career. Nothing new really.

#276HELP
Can anyone fight the video clip of Anderson's trainer telling him the fable about the cow shitting on the bird? It was during that documentary "like water" but I can't seem to find the single clip of that part where as I remember seeing one when it was coming out.
Any help would be great!Comment -

Yea, the UFC make Guillard dye his hair.
Just like they make Rampage wear a chain on his neck. And how they make Cerrone wear a cowboy hat.
I like the picture though! Carlton!Comment -

#278for anyone who has played anderson ITD (currently -195), or contemplating that play, wouldn't you rather play Fight won't start round 5 at -168?
i'm thinking about one of these two plays. i'm obviously leaning towards anderson getting a finish, but i just cant imagine it happens in round 5 again. so i'm thinking the under 4.0 would be the better play since you get extra coverage in case chael pulls off an arm triangle or lands a hail mary.
essentially im asking anyone who likes anderson ITD whether they think there is any chance it happens in round 5?Comment -

The world of sports outside of the UFC is almost entirely black. Take the NBA for example, it is predominately black and literally no players dye their hair blond. The only one out of it's long history is Denis Rodman to my recollection, and he certainly wasn't considered "normal".
But yet this seems to be a trend amongst black athletes in the UFC?
btw, I don't know if Rampage portrays certain negative stereotypes of black people on purpose, or if is just an act. But either way he plays the part perfectly and the UFC milks it for all it's worth.Comment
