UFC Fight Night: Maia vs. LaFlare (March 21, 2015)

If Maia can't finish LaFlare within the first 2-3 rounds, he'll probably end up losing to a decision, unless the corrupt judges are let loose. Jake Shields was the underdog last time Maia fought a five rounder in Brazil and Maia looked like totally helpless with an empty gas tank. Looks like he won't be afraid of Maia's ground game as well.

Jake Shields was a horrible style match up for Demian Maia, Jake is the better wrestler whom is arguably equally skilled with his submission skills.. End result was a bad decision loss for DM in a 5 rounder in Brazil..

Comparing LaFlare's fighting style, jits defense, etc.. to Jake Shields when fighting Demian Maia is simply not the same..

Hey but it's possible DM gets laid on for 5 rounds. Anything is possible in MMA at this level... I just don't see it going that way.. If it does go that way the Judges may still give it too DM even if he is on his back the entire fight with an active guard in that case scenario....

I'm really curious to see how this fight plays out!!!!

No clue on the maiN fight. To me it is a spot that the lower name dominates.

Usually when people wonder how the much bigger name isnt only not a decent fav but actually a dog...that spells trouble.

I think the line forshadows the prospects emergence.

To me it seems that way. What I have saw from LaFlare I like. No clue about the actual breakdown of The fight tho.

i have a big parlay with la flare, nunes, and burns..]

and another parlay with erick silva and trinaldo added to the leg..

good prop bets : nunes/bazler under 1 1/2 (I think nunes will kill bazler) and the burns fight under 1 1/2 (expect burns to get the sub pretty easily here, should be a lot higher odds IMO)

also thinking santos over martin after much thought..I think santos's JJ game will be the difference..not betting on this one though.

^^^Mafra by KO looks like a solid play and I wish there was a prop out for that Shabang..

Instead I took the under 1 1/2 rounds at +130 as well as Mafra in a parlay...
