I have Bitcoin wallet in Blockchain but when my computer auto-updated itself some time ago I lost my login password and haven't been able to login anymore. I still have those 12 word recovery phrase written on paper so I should be able to recover my account but for some reason it doesn't seem to work.
Could someone experienced with Bitcoin and Blockchain help me out how to proceed? I also would like to contact Blockchain for help but there isn't any place where to contact them, fex. e-mail or live chat.
My account should have about $2000 value in Bitcoins at the moment so if I can get it open again, I'll send someone who can help me out a little reward.
If your password won't work, you can go to this login page where you can access your wallet from your computer and click "Need Some Help" and it gives an option for a forgotten password which requires that 12 word phrase. https://login.blockchain.com/#/login
Alternatively, if you have the 12 word phrase, you can insert that into another wallet app and you can move your Bitcoin. However, it will make that wallet that's holding your Bitcoin more vulnerable since there's more than one app with access to your wallet (which increases the risk of a hack), so in this case I would move your bitcoin to a fresh wallet with new phrase.

Support is very slow but can't help without a password or phrase. The best they can do is give you the wallet identifier if attached to an email address.

I've never used this personally but this may be something to look at https://www.passware.com/ although is very expensive and not worth it without guaranteed results.
