If your password won't work, you can go to this login page where you can access your wallet from your computer and click "Need Some Help" and it gives an option for a forgotten password which requires that 12 word phrase.

Alternatively, if you have the 12 word phrase, you can insert that into another wallet app and you can move your Bitcoin. However, it will make that wallet that's holding your Bitcoin more vulnerable since there's more than one app with access to your wallet (which increases the risk of a hack), so in this case I would move your bitcoin to a fresh wallet with new phrase.

Support is very slow but can't help without a password or phrase. The best they can do is give you the wallet identifier if attached to an email address.

I've never used this personally but this may be something to look at https://www.passware.com/ although is very expensive and not worth it without guaranteed results.
