Use the searchbox on top here https://www.blockchain.com/ to search for the wallet address you gave them to send to and you will find the latest TX and the ID there.

Optional- What should I do for a payout that was sent over two weeks ago and not even picked up on blockchain yet?

Can't even see what fee they sent it with. It says invalid btc transaction on blockchain website.
