Are you using the Legacy version? Those are low. Limits at Betcoin Beta have been increased but that may go down when Pinny returns to Betcoin.

Personally received fine my 1.6kUSD few days ago.

Had to pass online video verification though, other than that all went smooth.

Would advice anyone having his account blocked to post their cases at bitcointalk as both betcoin and playbetr have a representative there.

Its typical behaviour from them, bookmaker that decides to not answer their mails and just steal the money should be rated 0 and possible future players should be well informed about it!

Yeah the site is always slow for me as well, playbtr not fast either. Without the pinnacle option I'm using them much less.

I still use Betcoin, I like the features they added where your balance is in the crypto you deposited with but you can place bets in USD. It’s strange to see your USD balance fluctuate while playing but it makes since ultimately your balance is in crypto. My biggest issue is still with latency, I don’t use a VPN but I am in the US so I’m not sure if that has something to do with or if Betcoin is just slow. They’ve always been slow, it got better for a while but it’s back to a crawl. It’d also be nice if they disabled the casino providers you’re not allowed to play at, it’s very limited for US players but they have a ton of providers of which I have access to two that I know of. After I request a withdrawal I’ll check back in but the last one was processed in minutes, no KYC etc.

Yes Playbetr owe me money, they closed my account and they do not answer to the emails (in fact they do not even send e-mail when u register), also they close the account without informing you, and when I found out my account is closed (via live chat) I wrote them mail 4 times and they havent replied, its been 7 days.

Is there representative of PlayBetr here on the forum maybe? and should I open a new thread to write my whole situation to inform the comunity

Your first post was rejected/deleted as spam. I assume you had links in it.

They haven't been doing much KYC. If they do start doing KYC then people should mention it. I hate KYC and did mention that. They said the plan isn't to increase KYC. At the same time they aren't going to give in to any forum extortion attempts.

They've gotten pretty sophisticated in determining multi-accounting. These bitcoin books seem to be way ahead of fiat in that regards.

Don't go multi-accounting to grab bonuses through the casino or multi-account for the Betcoin lines. That's the only thing that will get you in trouble.

Also, they will go through any reputable third party arbiter if a dispute does arise. They didn't mention any names though.

Don't worry about it. You're good. I grilled them and they aren't going to confiscate US players. I've been there since 2013 so talked to someone higher up. Playbetr is a different story. They are high profile, aligned with PSG and are going for a much stricter license.

There's no reason to have multiple accounts since the limits are so high through their Pinny site. If someone gets limited through their Pinny site, post about it.

I find just using pinnacle section much easier

Way too much going on

Many casino games do not work

USA guys use VPN and clear your cache helps with pinnacle working
