#8928Blockchain Wallet trying to steal mid 5 figures off me I think. LOL
Raiders any advice with these pos scammers? I did everything they ask and they said they refund me to a wallet address I provided.. Here it is 3 weeks later and nothing has been sent. Any help would be appreciated. I was dumb to trust these pos but I never had an issue in the past and had this wallet for over 7 years.Comment -

If so, you can use them to recreate the wallet elsewhere and move the coin yourself..Comment -

#8930I sent $200 on the bitcoin lightning network today.
I sent it from one bitcoin wallet I have (Wallet of Satoshi) to another wallet I have (Phoenix wallet)
Then I sent the $200 back to the other wallet.
Sending from Phoenix to WOS cost me 80 cents.
Sending from WOS to Phoenix cost me two cents (48 Satoshis). Of course, WOS is custodial, with Phoenix you control your own keys.
I don't know how long it took for the funds to get to the other wallet, because by the time I opened the other wallet the bitcoin was already there, so not very long in either direction.
So are there any sportsbooks taking advantage of this amazing innovation and sending/receiving via the lightning network? I'm sure you can send and receive much more than $200 at a time (that just happens to be the amount I sent), but even if not you could break a deposit/w/d up into several transactions if needed.
Anyway, I think it's time to start lobbying hard, after all that's the way the books started taking bitcoin in the first place.Comment -

I have everything.. they said I violated there terms and conditions which is total bs I did nothing wrong then I had to take Selfie and everything then was told my bitcoin would be refunded to the wallet I provided I can accsess my account but can't move money. They said it would be done manually. They don't reply to emails or anything this is quite shady. It's been 3 weeks still nothing.. This is not a little bit of money again mid 5 figures. over 50k.
This is the last email from these crooks. If you have money in this wallet I'd get it out asap. Again I did nothing at all wrong to have this happen.
Thank you for the refund address and the selfie you've provided. This is now directed to the department that will proceed with manually processing the refund. You will be notified as soon as the refund process is concluded.
Kind regards,

#8940It didn't work all that transferred was my 300 from my etherum wallet. These ppl got me locked down. Its like my bitcoin isnt there even though I can see it. They won't even let me transfer to the defi wallet.. My etherum was already in the defi wallet prior. Pulling shit like this is bad for business for bitcoin. If you read online it seems I'm not the only one they are doing this too. I appreciate you guy's trying to help. Guess I'm in for a fight here.Last edited by 2Sweeet; 02-03-24, 03:33 AM.Comment -

#8943100% is what is happening don't keep your funds in a trading account keep it in Defi wallet. Personally I wouldn't keep 10 cents here after this. 7 years I had this wallet received 70k from Local Btc which was another disaster to go through cuz they were going out of biz took me over a year to get the money from them worked out in my favor Cuz it was only 20k to start!! This 100% is what happened after I moved 20k off Blockchain they pulled this . When I try to send to Defi wallet it tells me I have to verify my Identity which I did years ago and again 3 weeks ago. This place is scamming right now. You 100% don't own your btc on blockchain wallet you can have 20 phrases unless it's in the Defi Wallet. I just figured and found that out the hard wayLast edited by 2Sweeet; 02-03-24, 03:55 AM.Comment -

#8946I may of did something wrong transferring on Meta Mask but I'm betting I didn't and after reading up this seems to be happening to more than just me at blockchain.com wallet. Again never had one issue here my limits were over 500k they usually are only 200k. They give you no answers or replies after i sent them my selfie and me holding a written letter. almost a month to send me my BTC u said you manually send? What terms did I violate I sent them the proof of where the BTC came from and everythingLast edited by 2Sweeet; 02-03-24, 04:08 AM.Comment -

#8949There are a lot of different chains on Metamask. It's probably all there but he would have to look at all the chains instead of just the Ethereum chain. Only ETH and ERC20 are on the ETH chain. Even the ERC20 balances may not show up unless he adds custom token on the Ethereum chain at Metamask. Otherwise only the ETH balance will show.
Been through it before and it is scary thinking you lost your money.
2sweet - If you are going to keep it all on Metamask we can walk you through it but Trust is easier unless you plan to trade small caps.
Forgot to add, Bitcoin can't be kept on Metamask but most of the rest can.
Another addition, I think most of the chains are listed on the Metamask app but on PC some chains have to be added manually.Last edited by raiders72001; 02-03-24, 05:49 AM.Comment -

#8950They sent it at 7am this morning maybe they read SBR. I would advise to avoid this wallet. I thank you guys for all the help. They sent it to the wallet i previously gave them after 3.5 weeks and a bunch of bs. I learned a lesson here to store coins only in wallet you control.Comment -

were to not able to move from the trading wallet to defi wallet. That could of been the problem.
glad you got it sorted. Exodus is okay but i would stick to Metamask trustwallet or safepal.Comment -
