Seems to be better today. I emailed them and got this response

Since 09:22 GMT, July 14th, JETWIN has been the target of a criminal DDoS attack – a technique used by hackers to take an internet service offline by overloading its servers.
We have robust systems in place to deal with such instances; however, the scale of this particular attack caused our platform to experience significant overload.
Our technical and service teams are working non-stop to mitigate these attacks.

I see they currently have a $65 no deposit bonus. Worth a shot for anyone looking to still get bets down during this boring time of sports betting.

It is impossible to place a bet parlay in-play bet on Jetwin. Odds are changing and you have to accept then place bet so the odds are changes again. There is no auto odds accept option. I hope they take care of this issue.
