Phew... I had a $2400 transaction from a book to Coinbase that was pending for 36 hours and finally cleared. I thought the money was a gonner. I really don't like that there's nobody to call at Coinbase for support. Anyone else experience pending periods this long?

Coinbase sucks. They have love to hold users funds for extended periods of time for no reason. Bank wires take a week and they are taking 6 months to give users their BCH. Use Kraken or Itbit or PoloniexComment -

I completely know what you are going through. I have been locked out of my account for over a year and I have bitcoins in it. All because I got a new phone and changed my phone number. They make it dam near impossible to change your phone number if you don't have your previous phone. That authy app is garbage and will not work for me no matter what I do. I have sent no lie over 100 emails to coinbase about it. There only response is an automated response on how to use the authy app garbage. I tell them I will fukin fax my id utility bills anything just let me change my God dam phone number. Do it manually for Christ's sake. They will not listen. I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau about them. It is ridiculous I can't even access my money because I got a new phone. Good luck getting into your account. Trust me I have tried it all. Coinbase is obsessed with you having to receive a text message with some stupid code so you can log into your account. I don't know. I always thought having a password was sufficient. No according to them you must receive and enter some god dam secret code that you can only receive on the phone number that you used to sign up with the account. Two factor athenticaion or whatever the fuk they call it should be optional. I don't need these ass fuks keeping locked out of my account like it's their go dam money. For Christ's sake I just want to login into my own account. I'm at the point where I hope someone does hack my fukin account so they will get the money not coinbase.Comment
