Hello, I use coinbase at 3.99%, is there any place that offers lower fees? Also want to make sure these other places exchange at current market rate rather than below which is basically a built in fee....

Gemini.com is a little cheaper than Coinbase and offers pretty much the same service and time frames. ItBit.com another you may want to look at. Not certain about their card fees.
If you don't care about using a USA licensed exchange (meaning wires instead of ACH for payouts), then you can find some with low fees on card purchases. independentreserve.com is one that I use..Comment -
