Okay first time I see this... anyway I don't have idea how can I do that when it's my 1 of xxx addresses which is impossible to locate for me and even if I find it I won't find where from have I transferred money there... finally which book gives you 24 hours to send this and after this deadline "the case is closed" ?

None give a 24 hour deadline for info that I know of. And I have only heard of people being asked for a video selfie 2 or 3 times before. So that's unusual too.

I agree they appear to have been unreasonable with you.

But I do agree with LittleKona that using bitcoin is not a license to think players are not subject to normal player management or reasonable rules. Which require ID sometimes.

Personally, I think the over riding issue is that Fairlay allowed BetG to do this deposit/withdraw mixer thing many times and given that history it appears grossly unfair to suddenly say the activity is so bad it requires confiscation of a deposit.

If BetG fails their KYC process, fine, boot him. But using that KYC process as a tool to excuse a deposit confiscation in these circumstances is very hard to defend in my mind.

Well I'm done rehashing BETG case too...its def a unique case that will never effect 99.99% of us here...But as far as Fairlay goes with the situation over at betcoin and cloudbet leaving usa market I think its even more important that we Grade Fairlay and start tracking like other books...Lots of peeps are using so @optional @sbr lets get that up its been over a year that sbr asked for input...I think start them with a C is fair enough and lets go from there.. track and review like all other books we use and they can go up or down while being officially documented bt SBR...Lets do it or explain why it has not happened please...

Eventually if they will post scans of their IDs + invoices + license scans + video with them + source of funds which they have invested and finally pay my withdrawal they will be verified.

agree start with D- since they are stealing funds right now.

they can move up the chain and move up lots if they pay post up players and dont steal post up funds. I could see them a B book if they get a good run going for a year or so.

Try - You're one of the best cappers here at SBR. You would do well with a book like Fairlay... that's of course if you don't have access to a book like Pinny?

Rating Fairlay a D- is very steep. V-wager more than a decade ago was rated a C book.... and they held onto 18k of my money... (I was lucky enough to get it back.)

Point of the story is... betg for whatever reason is leaving out serious information. I understand you don't believe Fairlay should do the policing... etc. But, it must of been serious enough to request additional information from the client. I'm not going to speculate and accuse him of anything. But, there are a few holes in betg's story... and why the long delay after Fairlay contacted him about it??? At least they gave him an opportunity in rectifying the matter.... they didn't just close the door... and not give the client sufficient time.

Furthermore, everyone told betg to file a complaint with SBR. Even if a book is not listed on SBR's page... they will try their best in getting an answer from a book. But, why didn't betg file a complaint? He huffs and puffs at least once a day on this topic about how Fairlay stole money from him???? The first thing I'd do... file a complaint with SBR.

You can clearly see.... Fairlay is personally pissed off at betg. They probably have traced several leads and addresses and their assumptions were correct. I sure as hell wouldn't give a book a reason to be pissed off at me.

Everything requested from betg... he did the exact opposite. How is this Fairlay's fault?

I've moved probably 30k in and out already in 45 days with no issues whatsoever. The one thing they did to me.... sent a PO with a low network fee. But I have to give Fairlay at least a B- for now. They certainly aren't just a C rating.

Their web page and interface looks like a DUMP... but they PO faster than 5Dimes. Low vig and fast PO's.

What happened with betg is one single incident. If you hear it again concerning another client... then it's time to jump the ship.

Did you get a copy of your complaint submission by return email after submitting? If not, it did not go through.

Either way, SBR does not have it so please re-fill the form out.

Fairlay D- official SBR user Rating until they pay back and dont steal post up bitcoins. I think over a year of good service they could move well up to B- or B range. Fairlay pay the players money back. 9 months of stealing this 16K or whatever it fluctuates to is very bad for your reputation.

SBR using the complaint form can be useful as they can get tot he bottom and at least warn others to AVOID. like they did for oddsmaker a book that stole from me, they investigated and determined the money was stolen never returned to me, and they remain blacklisted here.

same can happen to fairlay same pressure and larger Forum like this threads. fill out the SBr complaint form.

for goodness sakes let SBR take a shot at this. yes they FAIRLAY should have sent you your funds 9 months ago, then closed your account if they did not want deposit, withdraw wierd things you were doing. Bottom line is you posted up, they accepted your bitcoin, they are not owned in any manner by fairlay and they are stealing your account.

For the live betting there seems to be 20 different markets per game on the new site and say if you are looking to make a moneyline bey you have to click on every one to find it. I went to the old site last night but didnt see any live markets posted there. Any suggestions?

Hey sdtrader...I was just on doing some live soccer and noticed that they kinda fixed that issue...Now if you scroll over the teams it shows what the market is on that page so u dont have to click on it...for me personally I just enter the team name in search and it come up as a list but at least now the way u described it will populate on same page if u scroll over teams without having to click on to see
