Sportsbook says they sent it 4-5 hours ago. I still do not have it. I have confirmed the Bitcoin address and it is correct. Could it be "stuck" somewhere? Or is it more likely that the book didn't sent the BTC yet?

It's likely that the sportsbook sent it as part of a large block and didn't include enough fee for it to be picked up.
Did you have them send it to blockchain wallet or somewhere else?
If you can see the transaction listed in your wallet as unconfirmed you can rebroadcast it to help it get picked up by a miner faster..Comment -

If the book can give you the transaction ID then you can do it like this;
Chances are it will get picked up and processed eventually if you do nothing as well.
But if you do do that it will probably turn up within 10 mins..Comment -
