Hoping someone at SBR can help me out on this issue. Signed up, deposited, and bet $1500 at MGM. All within 10 minutes. Well the bet lost. But I never received the bonus when I signed on today. I contact support and tell them. They said it must be applied to the betslip . I told the person on chat that the promo never showed up as an option on my betslip so I naturally assumed it was automatic since it was my first bet and what their flyer says. But the person just kept repeating the same terms about needing to be added to betslip. I asked to speak with supervisor so I can have the bonuses credited and then the offer removed. He said no because a supervisor will say the same thing he did. I have only placed that one bet on my account and now have a $0 balance. He said I can do the offer on my next bet. Lol. The only thing I can think happened was that I bet so quickly after signing up and depositing that it never updated in their system to show on my account? That’s a total guess. But can someone reach out to me and I’ll give whatever info is needed. Very upsetting to be out $1500 bonus when anyone can see what happened looking at my account. Also my bet went for review before being accepted if that means anything.
