Bc I have no idea who you are, and based off of your post total, you are not around this forum too often, I am going to give you the benefit of a doubt... You must have me confused with someone else. I havent had trouble with any capper on this site in close to a year now. Only cappers I have had issues in the past with have been Gs Pks and Atari.. and any respected member of this site would understand why. Both of those guys were dishonest with their results and with their intentions. I ended up being spot on with both (Dexter and Wallco both also saw it coming from a mile away)... both are now touts. Its a shame, bc I felt and still do feel that both are quality cappers and I respect their sports knowledge. So again, you must have me confused with another capper... If not, please enlighten me.

I have a family and run an HVAC business, so I really see no reason to waste time posting bs on this site. What would be the point? I gain nothing by posting either winners or losers.. I post to keep myself accountable and to help keep detailed results of my betting while also to have discussion with other good sports minds on this site.

If you really have studied my spreadsheet and thread like you claim to, you would know better then to post the nonsense you just posted. I use 12 different strategies/systems in mlb and multiple in nba as well. You can see I lable each system 1 through 12 on my spreadsheet under "sportsbook". I have extremely detailed money management strategies for each of the 12. I take this very seriously as any money I make sports betting goes to benefit my family, not just extra pennies to throw around and have fun with. I try to keep every penny accounted for on the spreadsheet as well as what system each dollar is won/lost from. This is why you see edits and deletions... keeping everything 100% in order takes work. Again though, if you studied my thread and spreadsheet like you claim, you will notice that the edits are made prior to game time, not afterwards. I try to post as many of my plays prior to gammetime as possible, so you can easily see if they are edited after the game is complete.

You are correct, I was banned for 15 days and still am banned from pms.. It was for giving out my email address and discussing touts costs. I was not aware that this was not allowed..

Anyway, I just did a quick search of your small post history. Seems your key reason for being on this site is to troll... and that is fine, some people enjoy being annoying and causing trouble in cyber space...whatever floats your boat. I am not sure who you have mistaken me with.. but please do your research and re-evaluate before comiing in here and casuing problems.

apparently I am not allowed to make any money this week... after the brutal 9th inning chokejobs by stl the last few days, I figured I was past the brutal beats for the week..

then yesterday...
philly game is 1-0 in the 6th inning then promptly finds a way to go over 8 with hamels on the mound and phillys terrible offense

cws allow oak to score 3 runs in the bottom of the 14

then I got to wake up this morning to see lad blew it in the 9th at home to the braves


Hopefully thats the end of this nonsense... enough bad beats this week to last a month

To create a -1RL, you need to make two separate bets..all you need to do is bet TO WIN the same amount on the ML as you bet TO WIN on the RL.

For example, tonight I created the -1RL on my toronto blue jays bet. The bluejays ML was -200, and their RL was +100. So pretend we want to win $200 on the -1rl (meaning if our team wins by 1, we push):

Bet $100 to win $100 on the Bluejays RL (meaning they need to win by 2+ to win)

Bet $200 to win $100 on the Bluejays ML (meaning they need to just win by 1+ to win this bet)

Together, we are risking $300 to win $200, therefore making the -1RL a -150 bet. If the bluejays win by 1, we win the ml bet (win $100), but lose the RL bet (lose $100).. so therefore its a push. If the bluejays win by 2+, we win both bets and win $200. If the Bluejays straight up lose (like they did ), we lose $300.

Does this make sense?

Yea.. I try to keep all of my systems and capping strategys separate on my spreadsheet.. makes it a lot easier to keep thorough and accurate records for each. Makes more work up front keeping everything separate and down to the exact dollar amount, but imo its important to be able to look back and know what works best for your and what doesnt. I have Wash today for two systems/strategies, so thats why they are shown twice.

I ask because I made my own excel sheet in order to keep track of the same exact thing since some time I play a team more than once but want to keep it tracked to separate systems to see what's what in terms of profit at the end of the day.

But I do follow a few guys on sbr: dexter, on3 (home fav system), and LTA... you follow these three guys and are smart with your money management... your bookie will cut you off by the end of the yr

Unfortunately my books only take wagers up to $100 for these bets.. So I bet them on two different sites. I got a message from one of my locals today that he is cutting me off as of tomorrow.. Not happy about it as he is a very trustworthy family man and always has generous lines.. but hes pretty small time and ive been getting him pretty good this yr dating back to nfl. Anyway, $200 of those american idol bets are with him, so ill prob just have him cancel them so that I dont have anything pending with him. I will definitely be looking to add some more on another site though

Unfortunately, I suck at excel. I had a class on it back in 2004 I believe in college, but never stayed up to date with it and am completely lost whenever I try to use it. I wish I was good at it though, as it seems like a great tool. The SBR spreadsheet is much nicer then keeping track with a pen and paper (like ive done for years up until now), but there are definitely aspects that I would change if I could.

I just discovered at Pinny (and suspect it would be the same elsewhere as well)...that if the -1RL is readily-available that it is consistently 2-3 point WORSE than if you "do it yourself"...

so from now on i roll my own as you describe

anyway... will do a weekly update shortly... ended the week up $85, and am absolutely thrilled with it... Stl blew 9th innning leads on monday and tuesday, dodgers blew a 9th inning lead, toronto blew a 3 run 9th inning lead, cws blew a 14th inning 2 run lead, and just last night wash blew a 9th inning 2 run lead... Normally it wouldnt be as big of a deal, but every single one of those bets was for a signifiant amount gotta give credit to SF though, they did win a small bet for me this week win a 9th inning comeback that makes the score: Vegas-6, Me- 1.... they owe me some love after that brutal week... So I feel very fortunate to come out ahead at all...

also another note to king troll kenny... you cant edit which teams or lines that you pick in the spreadsheet.. only bet amounts and sportsbooks you use. Im sure you already knew that though
