Yea, I had trouble deciding on the Braves/Rockies for mainly the reasons given above. I didn't see the Braves losing 3 in a row, but I did end up going with the Rockies.

I had a feeling they weren't going to give CC any run support so I took the Yanks but also put a few units on the under 7 total . Figure if the Yanks win then I have a good shot at winning both and if they lose it's probably because they didn't give CC any support.

I guess we had our rough patch for a few days and can now get on another roll.

Yeah that play is really bugging me. Looking back, there's no way I should have put 6 on it. Shields was due for a great game after a rough past few. CC was due for a loss after like 8 wins in a row or whatever. Last night was the perfect night for the Rays to hand him an L. It was a mistake for sure. Hoping to bounce back today and get a new streak going.

I know you went on a ten days winning streak to start things off, that might still stand as the best streak of consecutive winning days as of yet (probably does in terms of units too)?

I didn't go on a 10 day winning streak in the beginning actually. I went 11-2 in the first 13 days. The longest streak I have had was 6 days (the first 6 days I had the thread). Here are how my streaks have gone so far (from beginning to current):

Pretty impressive that at no point so far have you had a losing streak longer than the prior winning streak, makes you pretty confident the swings arent too bad.

Honestly, I don't care what you think. I've posted on this forum for a week or two and really not posting to impress you or anyone else. Are we required to post all of our picks before? Do you post all your picks before the games?

BTW, I was at work and posted it in like the 4th-5th inning when I had a chance. I wasn't posting it as a prediction at all, but saying that I hoped they could hold on for the win. If I bet the other way wouldn't I be asking them to come back, or score more runs since it wasn't a prediction?

I've never claimed to be a good capper so not sure why you think I'm BS, but whatever. I've said it in plenty of other posts, I'm primarily a Poker Player and that is where I make the majority of my money and have just recently started getting into Sportsbetting. I know I have a lot to learn and if I was making a prediction, I would have posted it before. Since I was merely rooting them on, not concerned when I posted it.

Sorry I was so late on the picks tonight guys. I've been working on this damn database all day. However, if any of you guys following me are in need of an MLB database, send me a PM. I will send you the database that I have. It has data from most MLB games back to around mid '08 I believe. In the interest of time, some games were removed because they weren't imported properly. I have also deleted the dates of the games because I don't need them, I'm sorry if this is something you need. It has open and close lines bet %'s and scores. No totals, unfortunately.

Yeah mostly. Jo Jo Reyes is 3-0 in his last 3. I don't see this continuing. And this guy can get wrecked any given night. The Rangers offense should be able to destroy this mook.

It sucks that the late games screwed a great day over. But, it was a positive day (a little over 7 units profit). Hopefully a small start to a new streak. I'll be back in the morning with a recap and the plays.
