I live in Indiana about 70 miles from Cincy. Would love to see them pull it off but realistically it's a longshot. But I do remember the Cardinals when they beat Detroit in 2005 or 2006 (cant remember which) only won 88 games that season. They limped into the playoffs but all the sudden got hot and won it all. The Reds have had a lot of come from behind wins this year. I watch a lot of their games and right now believe it or not Jay Bruce and Drew Stubbs are swinging the bat better than they have all year. There is no pressure on the Reds as this is Philly's series to lose. They have all the high expectations. No doubt they have all the experience in postseason play and more experienced starters. I've learned a very painful and expensive lesson this year that THERE ARE NO LOCKS. The Phillies have cost me a ton of money this year. Was on them many times when they COULD NOT SCORE. So I'm just gonna watch and root.

Or I may put $5 on Phillies each game just to jinx them. LOL!!!!!

Phillies are in tougher than people think but if there hitting is on forget it. THey used a lot of energy to get back and win the div while the reds have been in cruise control for ages. These games are played on the field not on paper. The reds have no pressure and will be loose. If they get 1 in philly it could be a 5 game series and anything can happen in a one game showdown. I personally always root for the dogs so go reds.

Doc wont pitch a shuout or anything. The first game is going to come down to Volquez. Hallday will allow atleast 3 runs if Volquez can pitch a 2 run game then the red might take the first game. I am going to take +1.5RL on the reds, i believe its the best play..maybe even over 6.5
