He pitched against PHillie on July 27 and gae up 3 runs in 6 innings. Arizona has not scored more than 4 runs in their last 5 games, and all 3 of their previous games vs Phillie this season have been 8 or under.

Pedro is getting his 2nd start and should be stronger than his first. He gave up 3 runs in 5 innings vs the Cubs last week. Phillie has 50 games over and 59 under for the season. The are batting .211 in their last 10 vs right-handers. Pedro has given up 5 runs in 33 innings vs Arizona in his career, his last start in 2006.
