Good afternoon $KARMA$,

Are you in the high rise on Riverside Drive, past the road side park, about 10-15 miles from the tunnel? Been a while since we've been there as the last time we were visiting we got hassled by customs and haven't been back since (and most likely won't). Wife had her pocket picked in a club and didn't realize it until we were being talked AT by a Hitler wanna be/clone. We were detained for over 6 hours until "proof" was brought down to the clowns - I was free to go but there was no way in hell I was going to leave her there alone.

Best part was didn't see anybody on Woodward getting hassled the whole week. Heard some stories about a couple guys getting a beat down off the Avenue but wasn't able to get an solid confirmations on them. People just wanted to enjoy the day and forget about all the bullshit in their lives for a while and have fun. And many did as there were more than a few places that had that magic smell drifting through the air while others had capped & strawed beverages who kept getting sillier as the day rolled on. Watching the people was nearly as entertaining.

Believe it or not, this is a good thing. You know what needs to be done.

You are right. If we must have down days let them be small. Since I didn't smell big upsets or any bargains I took the day off. Let's see how today goes. Bad vibes in the thread though.
